How fast will my website and lead machine actually be live?

Your site goes live, one day after our kickoff call. We build while you work - no waiting weeks for “revisions” or tech delays. The first sales page and lead magnet are ready within 7 days, at which time you can start driving traffic via the ads to the sales page. Leads should start coming in within a day or two of the ad start.

What do I need to give you to get started?

Just your logo, a handful of photos, a list of your main services, and 20 minutes on a kickoff call. We handle the rest - copy, design, tech, and setup.

Will I have to write any copy or provide images, or do you handle everything?

We handle all the copywriting and page building. If you have photos, great - if not, we’ll use high-quality stock images to fill in the gaps

Is this going to be complicated or take up a ton of my time?

Nope. We designed this for busy owners. After your kickoff call and sending over a few basics, you’re free to get back to work while we handle the heavy lifting. You will need to approve the work submitted for review in a timely manner (overnight), as delays at your end will stop work at our end. If there are no delays in getting your feedback, we should be able to begin running ads and driving traffic to your sales pages within 7 days of launch.

What if I already have a website-can you use my existing content or do I need to start from scratch?

We can use anything worth saving from your current site, but most clients choose a fresh start for maximum impact. We’ll migrate anything valuable (like images and videos) and leave the dead weight behind

How do the lead magnets work? What exactly do my prospects get?

Each service page has a lead magnet. Lead magnets include, but are not limited to: a downloadable guide, an instant quote form, or a special offer. Calculators and quote generators are also popular. Prospects fill out a quick form, and their info goes straight into your CRM (Customer  Relationship Management App) for instant and continual follow-up.

What is “the CRM?”

The included CRM is a digital command center that stores customer info, job details, and reminders in one spot so you never lose track of quotes, follow-ups, or scheduled installs. It also features a universal inbox where emails, texts, DMs, and call recordings live together for super-easy retrieval. That way, you can see at a glance which projects are open, who to contact next, and what each customer has bought or asked about.

What happens if I miss a call or a lead comes in after hours?

Initially, the system automatically sends a text-back to missed calls and new leads, so you never lose a hot prospect, even if you’re on a job or off the clock. After the system has sufficient data and is trained, you can opt to have calls answered by an AI-powered assistant add-on feature that will answer the call, speak with the caller and attempt to have them book a time for you or one of your staff to reach out to them at a time that is convenient for them.

Is the CRM and Ads Manager really easy to use, or am I going to get lost?

It’s built for non-techies. Your CRM interface is simple whether you’re looking at it on your computer or on your phone (yes, you get an app for your phone as well), and the Ads Manager is “simplified” - no confusing dashboards, just what you need to monitor and track the campaigns that drive prospects to your business.

Can I run ads myself, or do I need to hire someone?

We will run Facebook and Google ads for you.  The results will be available in your dashboard that we will review with you regularly.  We build & manage your marketing plan and launch one campaign on META or Google per month for you.  Ad spend is not included and is paid for by you directly to each platform.

What’s included in the email marketing setup? Will you write the emails for me?

We set up your email using the current best practices for email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC). We will “clean” your email list to remove “bad” addresses.  We will also write the emails for you.   There will be 12 preloaded proven email templates you can use and tweak if you get the urge to send something yourself.

How do the automated Google review requests work?

After a job is done or a sale is completed, the system automatically sends a text or email asking your customer to “rate” the transaction. If they select “5 Stars”, the system forwards them a link to leave a Google or Facebook review-helping you build your reputation on autopilot. Customers who leave a 1 to 4-star review are polled to discover what the shortcoming was and forward that information to the business owner.

Is there any ongoing support if I get stuck or want to make changes?

You get a weekly 1-hour strategy call with Richard Bueckert to review and plan.  In addition, you get weekly “Ask Me Anything(AMA)” calls with Richard that you are free to join. Can this help me get more Google reviews and improve my reputation?

Absolutely. Automated review requests make it easy for happy customers to leave five-star feedback. This functionality is included in your package.

What if I’m not tech-savvy at all?
