As CEO of Route Cause, Rich leads our strategy team by blending hands-on applicator experience with cutting-edge direct-response marketing. Before joining Route Cause, Stacey led operations at multiple companies, founded her own consulting firm, and even served as a fractional COO for a petroleum services company. She’s spent her career fixing broken processes, designing smarter systems, and making life better for business owners and their teams.
